Sally Ann Hutcheson BA (Hons) Cert.Ed RSHom ND MBSR
Homeopathy Naturopathy Flower Essences Kinesiology Allergy Testing Nutrition

The method I use to treat my patients combines some or all of the following techniques. I choose according to the needs of my patients. For a clearer understanding of how I work see my website www.sallyannhutcheson.co.uk.

Homoeopathy – My initial training was in classical homoeopathy – which I followed with studies of homotoxicology and complex homoeopathy. This involved courses with The London College of Classical Homoeopathy, Purton House School of Homoeopathy, and a postgraduate year with the Lakeland College of Homoeopathy.

Naturopathy – I studied at The College of Naturopathic Medicine including courses in: Nutrition, Herbs, Iridology, the philosophy of Chinese medicine, tissue salts, ear acupuncture, fasting, treatment of Gut Dysbiosis (including Candida), naturopathic diagnostic skills, the history of Naturopathy, and Hopi Ear candles.

Flower Essences – I studied Bach Flower remedies at the Bach Centre in Oxfordshire, and Bush Flower essences with Ian White. Flower essences are beneficial for easing and removing negative thought patterns.

Kinesiology - this is a subject that has interested me for many years. Initially I attended a variety of short courses, subsequently a full practitioner course with TASK. I am now certified with TASK. I have also trained as an instructor for Balanced Health courses as originally taught by Brian Butler. I use Kinesiology as a backdrop to all the other therapies. This way you get a truly individual treatment.

Allergy Testing – I use this extensively in my work. I trained with Don Harrison from the British Institute of Allergy and Environmental Therapies. I use his desensitising remedies to help those with sensitivities and intolerances.

Nutrition – ‘We are what we eat’ Remedies of all kinds work so much better if we fuel our bodies with optimal nutrients. I completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Nutrition at The London College of Traditional Acupuncture – a course which addressed both Western and Eastern approaches to diet and nutritional therapy.

Linda Bagaini BSc (Psy) BSc (Hons) DHP (NC) MNRHP
Psychotherapy Hypnotherapy

Linda is a trained psychotherapist with a psychological background, and has been practicing Psychotherapy for nearly 9 years. Psychotherapy is the application of psychological techniques to the treatment of disorders that are psychological in origin. This involves training in a number of disciplines which is a lengthy procedure. During her time as a psychotherapist Linda has helped many patients experiencing problems such as Sleep Disorders, Phobias, Eating Disorders Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, Lack of Confidence, Anxiety, smoking cessation and much much more. As an interactive multi-disciplined therapist Linda uses different techniques for different problems including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Irritable Bowl Syndrome is a hard to cure ailment which troubles tens of thousands of people in Britain, however it has been proven to respond well to Gut Directed Hypnotherapy.

In 2004 Linda undertook training for Gut Directed Hypnotherapy Although it must be stressed that this type of treatment cannot cure IBS, Gut Directed Hypnosis has been found to reduce or eliminate the symptoms of IBS, (pain, bloating nausea etc), by preventing the bowel from going into spasm. It has also been found to be clinically effective in reducing the symptoms of ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, peptic ulcer, non ulcer dyspepsia and oesophageal problems. Suggestions are adapted to each particular disorder and to the needs of the client.

It is interesting to note that although Gut directed hypnotherapy alone is effective in the majority of cases, however it is sometimes necessary to use psychotherapy and/or analytical hypnotherapy as well. Linda says that hypnotherapy is not a miracle cure, rather it is a tool, a state of awareness that can be used for self help, and a strong commitment on the part of the client as well as the therapist is essential for a successful outcome.

Linda is also working as part of national hypno-chemo programme consisting of clinical hypnosis and cognitive beheavioural therapy to address the physical, emotional and social problems associated with cancer.
