"I have been working with NHS referrals through Talking Therapies over two years. I have worked with patients using Integrative Counselling approach. This type of therapy is a combined approach to counselling that brings together different elements of specific therapies. Integrative counselling is holistic, it takes into account your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. This approach is not a single approach to treat each client in all situations, it integrates different things and tools that are specific to a client. Each client is unique, this therapy is ideal to use for different types of issues, what would work for one client might not necessarily work for other people. In this type of therapy we would work out a program of therapy that could suit you and your personal needs. I have a vast experience of working with a variety from very complex issues to more simple ones, through NHS referrals, some of the issues I have worked with are: sexual abuse, physical abuse, domestic violence, agoraphobias, anxiety disorders, death issues, grief, suicide, obsessive thoughts, paranoia, suicidal thoughts, self-esteem issues, rejection issues, living with diagnosis of cancer and patients in remission and many more."
