Do I need a doctor's referral?
No, you can have treatment at the clinic without a referral unless you are seeking to claim back treatment through your private medical insurance. In this instance we suggest contacting the clinic first in order to determine whether such treatment is covered. Thereafter, depending on your policy you may require either a doctors or specialist referral letter.
When is the Clinic open?
The clinic is open Monday through to Saturday with a late Monday night. Please call for further information.
Do I have to wear a particular style of clothing?
It is preferable for treatments to wear elasticated or loose fitted clothing; please ask when making your appointment.
How do I make payment for my treatments?
Payment for acupuncture is made via bank transfer or cash.
Many Private Medical Insurers (PMI) now cover a number of therapies offered at the Eden Clinic, so please do contact us to see if your PMI will refund part or all of your treatment.
